This business doesn't deserve any stars! Went there for a home backyard reno and got nothing but terrible customer service.Lady who works there,owners daughter cursed and yelled at us for a mistake they made.They take no responsibility and don't care.They should be ashamed of themselves!
Little stone selection and even less stock. Orders are routinely delayed. Deliveries are routinely late. Yard is understaffed to the point that there are traffic jams. Getting a single bag of mortar can take 40 mins. Hours not conducive to professional contractors. A once fantastic supply yard has been going downhill for years. Often lacking the basic essentials industry professionals need. Too many problems to list. Poor management in recent years has driven an exodus of landscapers away.
Service is usually pretty good. Pretty good showroom, but limited to the main product lines, understandably. We send many of our clients there to see the materials directly.
The customer service was fantastic. From our visit to the stoneyard (thank you Ricky) to choose product, and then the order over the telephone. The delivery driver was polite and super helpful. Thank you!
