I use this service 3 times. The first time I was very happy, my dog looked very nice but he was anxious when I got there. The two other time I felt they didn't really likes dogs, it more of a job with little interest to the well being of the dog. And the last time they did a bad job, he was really not well clip. I felt that as the time went by they didn't make any effort. I will never go back there.
