Less then 1 star if i could , So we had called friday august 13th (took a few days to get a hold of them due to them not returing emails or phone calls) for some parts for our 2006 Foton FT404 Tractor , They Lady That Anwsered The Phone Didnt Seem Like She Cared At All About what we were looking for or wanted , said that most of her business was in the united states , said she would get back to us august 16th witch she never did , we tried to call yesterday & today with yet again no anwser

I always had a difficult time finding parts for my tractor locally. The place I bought it had gone out of business and only one place near me could seem to find what I needed. Then when I looked on the web, I found Asian Tractor Parts and decided to give it a try. The part was very small and fragile so when I got it in the mail soon after, I was amazed how it had been packaged personally for shipment to ensure it wouldn't be damaged in transit. WOW! they sent me the wrong oil filter, after calling them again, they sent me the right one and I had to pay to ship the wrong one back. I was told if I sent a copy of the receipt they would send my money and surprise..... I never got it
