Drive Test The Burlington Power Centre

I went this morning to sit my G2 road test, I had a young tall lady wearing big sunglasses, when she walked up to my car she didn’t introduce herself. she was being very rude and aggressive. She didn’t make me feel confident at all, in fact she made me very nervous. She told me i did everything perfect and just because i turned after a stop sign and the guy behind me was going 50 in a 40 zone i failed because i should’ve went faster when i was already going the speed limit. Very unprofessional!

Went yesterday to change our drivers license to an Ontario one. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It was a real pleasure to deal with the staff there.

Its very evident that the staff truly hate their job here. The line was massive and only 2 clerks trying to accommodate, unimaginable wait times.

I was soooo upset with the instructor because he was too confused with my image even he check everything and I was ok with it but still checking with his colleagues too to make sure n still he wasn’t sure that’s make me too upset n took longer time to prove it was me .I think during the test time also he was not sure about me..

I waited for over 2 hours for a simple enquiry. They are understaffed and need more workers.

Talia was so helpful and pleasant. Not as busy as every other location

Great service, lovely staff. I spent under 2 hours getting my G1 licence and everything went smoothly. I think I'll do my G2 and G licences there as well.
