I’ve seen two RMTs and two Physio Therapists (years apart for different reasons). They were amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is immaculate and welcoming. The therapists are always happy to explain what they are doing and what I can work on at home to continue towards feeling better. I highly recommend The therapists here!

Makes your issues worse. Don’t go here. Massage therapist there is a disappointment and the place does not help with pain release it just makes it worse to the point you can’t move.
pretty disappointed. went for a message and am on disability pension. they took my 100.00 dollars and I got an interview for something I can't afford and left with nothing. just wanted a message for pain relief. After being hurt for years
Last year I hurt my back golfing and had all but given up hope on it after trying anything that was suggested to me. I spent a small fortune on things like massage therapy, physio, chiropractic, and daily stretching but when someone told me to give acupuncture a try, I thought “no way” because I am terrified of needles. I was almost thinking that at 30 maybe this is how things are supposed to be, maybe we don’t heal as fast as when we were kids. Then my doctor told me that the old age logic shouldn’t be considered until at least 40. So after trying a few more medications and suggestions I decided that I needed to get over my fear and just try it. I am so glad I did!
My first time with Monica I was very scared. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Immediately after my first treatment I felt change and after four sessions my pain was completely gone. It has been 6 months that I have been pain free in my back.
Every time you have an appointment with Monica she asks how you are feeling, what has changed, what hurts and so on. I think this is how she determines what she will work on for you that session. At one of my sessions I mentioned a migraine and quickly came to realize that acupuncture works wonders on migraines as well. I do still go back to Monica whenever I have aches, pains and migraines, she works her magic and I am back to myself.
