The way they treat customers is shocking. Zero professionalism.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Went to the store on 3 different occasions, hoping to receive better service and buy a sectional that I really liked at the store. But unfortunately every time I went it was the same rude individual. Its unfortunate how terrible service is the reason theyre not making a sale.
Terrible experience, owner is very rude.. I will never go back to this store, the customer service when bringing concerns about the quality of an item I purchased forward were addressed very unprofessionally and immaturely. They do not stand behind there products.

The staff was wonderful in helping me pick out my cutom sofa. I have never been to a furniture store that offers such a wide variety of options. will definetly be going back!
Horrible experience here. Gave this store 3 chances and every time I was left disappointed. Customer service is terrible. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. Will notr be back. I have heard of 3 other people just today who had similar experiences.
I ordered a 300.00 rug I had seen online. I was told I could not return it once I purchased it. I asked the salesperson to confirm with the distiributor that it was more grey than blue. The carpet does not look at all like the online photo. It does not match my decor and neither the store or distributor will help me. They will not take the return based on In Season Living return policy. BUYER BEWARE ! !!!! Be very careful about using them to bring an item in unless you see it in person
I went to there yesterday to buy a sofa but i was surprised with their customer service I think the lady i was dealing with was owner of the store and her behaviour was so rude . Whenever i ask any question she start telling me that this is fortune amount without knowing about my budget . I think their 4.5 rating is by their friends . If anyone want to get insulted than u definitely go there and check their customer service

I like the products. I find the prices a little high at times. I use to visit the store when it was on Erie Ave, and the prices were better and more smaller home decor items. I sometimes want a slightly less expensive item for more everyday use, that is more of a multi item that can be used for another room. I do like the products and generally get good service ( unless I don't go in looking my best )
Friendly staff who are extremely helpful. Wonderful furniture and accessories. Design advice that transforms your home.
Love their store. Highly recommend. Have been in a couple of times and the customer service has always been top notch. They also sell Yankee candles!

Upscale products and upscale prices, but terrible customer service. Once they get payment they completely ignore issues they caused and refuse to accept any responsibility. Suggest you look for the same products at another store that actually appreciates your business.
