Great store, very friendly staff and an amazing owner! Thank you!!

This store has the most woke employees in Brantford.They will not serve you outside without a mask ,even if you are medically except.They yell and belittle people and give you the finger and swear at you until you leave the property. Very sad for a Canadian company

This store at 10 King George Rd has the best customer service of any like store in Brantford. I am retired and have done many plumbing electrical, painting and general repair jobs around my house. Any time I need parts I always go here because they have customer service guys who meet you when you enter the store, ask if they can help me find something and offer instruction on installing an item They are knowledgable, friendly and ready to help. Great Store.

Customer Service at it's best.

I was very impressed with the service at this particular store. My partner and I were in there looking for Carbon Monoxide detectors. Observing our body language, a member of the staff approached us stating "you seem to be searching for something, how can I help"? I have a very strong customer service training background, and was impressed that the staff are attentive of the customers who walk in.I have yet to see this level of customer service in any store in Canada.
