Wexford Clinic Dr

I moved to Brampton from Kitchener four years ago and it was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I had my physician for thirty years and she, her husband and staff were day over night professional compared to the incompetence of this clinic. Answering messages that are dated - two years- or you're given an extension that doesn't get recognized. If you leave a message, good luck getting called back. It took me over a year to get an MRI because the staff kept misplacing the forms.

I have being going to this clinic for years, with Dr. Hanna as my physician, she is very knowledgeable compassionate, and very good with children.

Dr. Hanna never follows up once a year and she is saying she is not even our family doctor. Terrible service in that clinic.

I went to see Dr. Hanna To possibly be my family doctor. She was awful. I waited 1 hour just to be seen and only two people were ahead of me when i had arrived. When she finally came to see me she did not let me finish anout the issues i was having. She was very rude. also she has a english language barrier it seems.

Took my inlaws recently since they just moved to Canada. Booked an appt. and was seen within 30mins. Dr. Elahi was very caring and took his time to review the problems and provide with the needed care. Am so happy that I found him as a GP. Yes, wait times are long as walk in and the reason being that he spends time with his patients attending to their concerns. I would rather wait than not be heard of my complaints.

Worst worst clinic i have ever seen. Dr. Omar clinic is no doubt the worst. Had to wait for 2 hrs just for one simple vaccination!!!! I was told tht i will be attended in 45 min but 2 hrs! Worst day of my life. Only go there if u have time otherwise dont go!!
