Please avoid this place. I post this review to inform others of the extremely poor customer service I experienced from the manager at the Queen/Airport location. Down right rude and angry with an attitude. The female manager seemed to look for any excuse to not provide proper customer service. Management should take note that this isn’t the only complaint about your store manager with exceptionally poor customer service. It’s time to take action.

SO DISGUSTED, with the way the "manager" Carla was speaking to me this morning. laughing under her breathe, making rude comments to me on the phone. Has the nerve to not even do her job (the reason why I was calling) she just hangs up. WAY TO GO CARLA! wonderful manager that's for sure.... not.
