In-n-out Carwash is very well managed and they genuinely care about there customers.. a colleague at work highly recommended this Carwash last year and Ive been there a dozen times since... the last time I visited i had a concern and it was immediately addressed and resolved, even though it was my own fault..it would be nice if all places of businesses were run this way.... with my busy schedule I usually don't go out of my way to post but, this is well deserved.
Worst experience of my life. We basically had to instruct the staff how to clean our car and I still found myself in the driveway with a vacuum when I got home. Nothing to say about the fact that there are ridiculous scratches on our nice black BMW hood because they thought it was a good idea to wipe bird droppings off with a dry cloth. Also had a package mysteriously disappear from our trunk and upon notifying the owner, I got nothing but resistance and attitude. Avoid this place if possible.
My first time at In & Out on Kennedy. My interior was still dirty and I was waiting more than hour to just speak to the owner. I ask for a refund he only gave me $15. I paid $30. The exterior was not clean either. A mercedes was 2 cars behind me and they were wiping down his car. I guess they think High Profile car should get treated better. I suggest go to another In & Out not this one because you will waste your money. Plus the place is so small they had no place to put the cars.
Terrible I asked for them to clean my car interior they told me it would be 3 hours they took 5 hours and when I came to see the car they did half the job and they needed to clean more. Also some areas were not clean like they rushed the job.
I went to the Airport location yesterday and these guys did an incredible job on my car. They have a fabulous team and I was very impressed with everyone!!

they messed my car up i don't know what they did all my door are not locking up properly now my remote control is not working either they also didn't clean my roof to when it comes to money they'r more expensive than most of the people in city i suggest you not going there
