WORST CLINIC EVER! Hours posted online and on door state 10am to 8pm. I arrived at 3pm. Doors locked. I walked through the joined pharmacy and was told no doctor between 3pm and 4pm. Came back at 4:10pm to be told by the rude receptionist that the doctor comes around 5pm. Wait! What!? She doesnt even know what time. I just wasted 2 hours to com to this clinic. I asked the rude receptionist why is it not posted on the door that the doctor is not in at those times. She had no answer.

I was at the clinic several times and I am very surprised about the reviews here because I was very satisfied each time I was there. I never waited long, the doctor I saw was very attentive, thorough and kind... I gave samples and the results came back almost instantly (they have somebody to perform the tests)...

Very bad service. I waited 1 hour till my turn and the doctor was taking other oatients who came afer me. I would not recommend this.

They have the WORST receptionists I have EVER had to encounter. The receptionist REFUSED to accept my red stripe OHIP card and demanded that we pay in cash to see the doctor. I paid in cash and while in the waiting room, then called OHIP Customer Service to which the representative over the phone was irate that they wouldn't accept my health card. The receptionist was advised that my health card is valid as per the information. She still refused and I demanded my money back. WORST CLINIC EVER.

This clinic is the worst! I got there for when it opened as there are usually lineups. No lineup, but found out why. Doctor wasn’t there yet. Ok fine. 25 min later, still wasn’t there. Asked where the doctor was. Was told that he doesn’t usually get in until 10:30 or 11. What?!?! Receptionist agreed to call him. He advised that he wouldn’t be in until after 11! What’s the point of opening at a certain time if the doctor isn’t in on time? Clinic won’t be open long if this is the service offered

This clinic is the ABSOLUTE worst clinic you can possibly walk in to. Receptionists have noooooo idea what they are doing and very hard to understand. Wait time to see the doctor is more than an hour with only 2 patients ahead. The doctor talks waaaaaaaaaay too long with each patient as if they talking about their personal lives. Seems like patients are going in with a list of everything that is wrong with them making each visit half hour or longer.

terrible clinic, these people have no idea what they are doing. I would highly recommend visiting another clinic.

Recently open Walkin clinic please don't let that enthuse you. It seems all about how much money they get from OHIP. They do not spend time with the patients basically pushing you out the door. I have been there several times for the same problem and even asked for referral because I wasn't getting much help from the doctor he raised his voice at me telling me I am confused. I would never go back there, they seems to be nice when you go there for the first time then after a couple visits change.
