Amazing service. The representative i spoke to was very knowledgeable and provided great service along with good information. It made it easy to decide on the blinds i would go with. I ordered my blinds on Saturday and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday. I will certainly be back as a repeat client !!

Its excellent customer service and are blinds lookm so pretty in my glass patio/dining.

I received my new blind and installed it and it didn't work. The slats would not open and close. So now I'll have to take it down and take it back and then go back in a few days and pick it up etc. All the time I'll have no blind on my bathroom window. Shipping garbage from the factory is unacceptable!!!!!

Worst Service EVER!!! Avoid like EBOLA!

Worst customer service EVER! Anum, sales clerk, lied to me and treated me like garbage after messing up my $1500 order. Sent incomplete order before service installation, had to go back several times and deal with their stinky attitude. Would NEVER recommend anyone buy from this store, business, and def not from ANUM. Horrible company, hope Lowe's puts them out of business.
