Tom was awesome and he took great care of my daughter and all her friends for prom. I would recommend this company again as it was more affordable for all the kids.
Would never recommend this company. Booked for my wedding and we were running behind schedule a bit (by 8 minutes) and the limo told my mother and my bridesmaid that he could not wait because he had another event to get to. They had to throw the bags in the car to stop him from driving away and leaving us without a ride to the venue. Worst way to start my wedding day.

Our company needed a car service for a one-way trip into Burlington, ON. Received a quick response to my email inquiry, and their quoted price was comparable. Invoicing very efficient.

The shuttle that was taking our guests from the hotel to the restaurant (only a VERY short drive) got lost and the groom and his parents were over 1/2 hour late. At the end of the night the shuttle was over 1/2 hour late picking the guests up and our wedding planner was calling the service continually with no answer. When they finally showed up they gave no explanation of the lateness or the lack of communication
Address provided by customer did not show any results on the map and GPS, therefore it took extra time for the driver to locate proper place.
Driver was not late at all to pickup customers at the end of the night.
He did not answer the call, because it is against the law to talk and drive.

Last year when I had prom not only were they a half an hour late to pick up myself and my party but we had to MEET them half way to our destination which was only 15 minutes away from the venue. Was not impressed with the service, very rude. Wouldn't recommend 0/10.
It is my sincere apology for this late pickup.
Driver was reprimanded for his rude approach to the issue.
He is not working for the company any longer.

Very reliable and professional service. Have used with no problems :)
It was very last minute, when I had made a trip to Toronto, ON. And I needed a good local service to be able to pick me up. I had called Bradford Limo because my brother had recommended it to me. I called Tom from Bradford Limo, and he was very polite. Easy going, respectful and knowledgeable of my needs. The price was very good. I could not say no, I'm very grateful that companies like this still exist in the world, it was definitely a great service. Car was clean, for sure I will use it again.
