Privateer Dark (Organic & Rainforest Alliance)

This coffee is a blend and is the epitome of balance in a dark roast, featuring coffees from the Americas, East Africa, and Indonesia, representing the three great growing regions for specialty coffee in the world.

Island Reserve Medium (Rainforest Alliance)

Our medium roast blend, Island Reserve features coffee from Nicaragua, Peru, and Tanzania, which when combined present a balanced cup, full of nuanced characteristics.Tthe coffees that create Island Reserve from farms that create a higher quality of life for their workers, and the resulting coffee, through Rainforest Alliance certification. The Rainforest Alliance's stringent standards for environmental, social, and economic sustainability, help us ensure that we will have long-lasting sources of these amazing coffees.

Firefly Decaf (Rainforest Alliance)

The long neglected ugly duckling of the specialty coffee world, decaffeinated coffee options are often a poor substitute for the real thing. The Firefly Project is all about changing the pre-conceived notions about decaf. These beans are sourced from an exceptional, single origin coffee from a progressive, Rainforest Alliance certified producer group in South America. To create a sustainable decaffeinated coffee that doesn't compromise taste, the patented Swiss Water process is used to remove the caffeine without the use of chemicals. The result is a rich, aromatic coffee that we are proud to offer.
