Richard and Carol-Ann did a very professional pre-listing inspection of our home -- they use a very comprehensive inventory of common possible problem areas to check -- and they also discussed any (in our case very minor) issues with us as they observed things inside and outside our home. Their multi-page report was logically laid out -- supported by many digital photos documenting their observations. It was quickly conveyed electronically to us and to our real estate agent the day after.

Richard was able to accommodate me on less than 24 hours notice which is important as I don't live in Brockville and needed an assessment ASAP. He was brutally honest which is what I wanted and appreciated. He gave me a 60 page inspection report with detailed explanations and summarizing every item that either needed fixing or has to be replaced, including thermal imaging and a radon test.
