I just cecked my credit score for $5.00 with my visa... everything was good,, but a month after their was $26.19 chanrge of membership... and then a month afer that anothr $26.19... I did not catch on my bill.. tryed to cancel it... said their conputer were down,, so I called back and left me on hold.. then it hung up on me..
I had issues with my password and called customer service, after answering several questions as to my name, birth date, address, what car I owned, they then wanted to know the last 4 digits of my car insurance number, because it wasnt one they had on file, I was told that if I could not give them the correct number, they couldnt help me and I would have to write a letter and include my sin number, two pieces of ID, a copy of my car insurance. One wrong answer and they wont reset my account
Poor trans union and their corporation to me regarding the errors they have made and not willing to correct them.
