Dr Kristian Green Major's Path Family Practice

Dr. Green is very friendly and thorough during your appointment. If you need an appointment, he is able to get you in to see him quickly, whether it is the same day you call or within a day or two. When you book an appointment, there is little to no wait time to see him when you arrive, he sticks to his appointment schedule.

Dr. Green is fantastic! He is very caring, and unlike many doctors these days, not dismissive about his patients questions and needs. He is thorough and has come a very long way since starting at this practice.

Dr. Green is awesome and this rating solely reflects how I feel about him. I've never had a long wait time, 10-15 minutes without an appointment is typical in my experience, but getting through to reception can be tough.

Trying to get a hold of this practice via phone is extremely frustrating, it takes me several tries every time to get through to anyone and then I often end up being put on hold. The doctors and staff are friendly but they do not take their time and rush you out the door as quick as possible and the doctor is quick to prescribe drugs. If this wasn't the only practice taking patients I would NOT go here.

When I moved to NL with my spouse, this was the only practice for months who was accepting patients. So we really had no choice but to come to this practice. I called yesterday to make an appointment and discovered my GP left the province two months ago - was given no notice of his departure, no notice of my file being shifted over. Incredibly disrespectful and sloppy administration! I guess I'm supposed to feel lucky that I have *a* doctor I've never seen, heard of nor met?

Office staff are rude and inconsiderate. They should be aware its a doctors office and when people call its almost always for a reason and shouldn't have to deal with staff with attitude problems

EXTREMELY BAD PHO...

EXTREMELY BAD PHONE SERVICE! It's almost impossible to get through. I love my family doctor, but the phone service is extremely bad. They either don't pick up at all or busy. And they close at lunchtime. One day I tried around 30 times and still couldn't get through. It is ridiculous.
