Travelodge Fredericton is located between Fredericton and Oromocto, near the airport, and just off the TCH #2 exit 297. Recently under new management which offers great service and affordable rooms along with a Free Hot breakfast or Free Continental breakfast. Dropped in spur of the moment after midnight exhausted, owner very much not a people person, charged us a fortune, extremely hard bed. Will never go back.
The price was good and the place was clean and well organized. THe room was clean and nice....and than i laid down on the bed...hard as concrete. I might as well have slept on the floor. I had my dogs with me and not even they wanted to sleep on the bed. I had the biggest day of my life in the morning and couldn't sleep a wink. My back ached and was just horrible. I asked the service worker there for extra blankets in an attempt to cushion the mattress, unfortunately it didn't work. Finally the morning came and i was looking forward to the free continental breakfast....yeah, don't go here for the breakfast it was do it yourself cereal and toast, and canned fruit salad that seemed pass the expiration date. No eggs, no bacon or sausages or anything. Just some cereal boxes on the counter. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you actually need to get some sleep.
