Victor Play Centre Inc. is a full time, non-profit, government subsidised child care centre, located in the West End of Winnipeg, incorporated in September 1974.

We are child centred with the focus on the total development of each child through play and self-discovery. VPC provides a variety of individual and small group experiences which are age appropriate, learning centred and fun.
