I would not recommend renting here. Rent is high, suites are small. Mice in basement. Silverfish bugs in rooms. Landlord will enter suite without any notice whatsoever. Landlord will try to withhold your damage deposit even if you are very clean. Landlord is main reason for moving. Not enough washer/dryers (plus they only fit half loads). Big huge dog poo everywhere outside. Loud 24/7. RUN!!!!
