Installers were also knowledgeable and professional and made sure that the hardwood floor was covered to avoid any damages. The installation was precise and clean. Gavin the manager answers calls immediately (Saturday for me). Answered my questions about specs on my water heater install. Tech phoned 1 minute after I spoke to manager, even though he was on another house call at the time. Arrived an hour early, and finished the job before the original scheduled arrival. Fantastic service, very courteous, and explained all potential outcomes, including the equipment afterwards. 5Star
