Gondola Pizza

I’ve found that lately certain locations have really gone downhill but I was pleasantly surprised by the Kildare location in transcona. They mixed up my toppings but fixed it immediately and upsized my pizza at no charge. I had the original thin crust and it was awesome. Thin and crisp but not overdone and the toppings went right to the edges. I was very impressed with the pizza and the very friendly service. This is definitely my new location. I luv gondola pizza again

They sell a thick or home crust pizza, but if you want the same pizza in thin crust, 30 dollars instead of 15. How do you charge someone 15 dollar upgrade fee for a thin crust from a thick crust? I get the thick crust, it literally taste like cardboard. Worst pizza experience ever. I ended up throwing out the pizza. I ordered again a few months later, threw the pizza out again, so terrible. Terrible customer service, I complained and nothing was done, both times, I'll never go back.

Worst service I've ever had. I ordered a jalapeño and bacon pizza and they delivered it with pepperoni instead. Then when I called back to tell them they gave me the wrong order, they told me that I was lying and had ordered the pepperoni (when I NEVER order pep) and that they wouldn't refund my money. They continued to argue with me saying that the delivery boy punched in what was heard when that clearly wasn't the case... don't understand how anyone mixes up the words "bacon" with "pepperoni", they don't even sound close. Either way I will be in touch with head office because they were so cheap and refused fix their own mistake and chose to blame the customer. So unprofessional.
