First of we've been coming to Dinah's over Nine years and the front desk clerk is a hoot to be with ..fun caring and very gracious,,as for the grooming omg happy everytime with the groom ..so please if you have nothing better to say about this wonderful place ...go somewheres else cause we need the room to come here and have know we will be treated like gold as well as our pets..feeling disgusted with last comment....
We have bringing our dog there for a few years, mostly because it is cheap. The service is usually not very good. We were told, on one occasion, by the front desk staff that we were too early for our appointment and that we would have to come back. However, on previous visits, we would drop off the dog in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. The front desk person was so extremely rude on our last visit there that we have decided not to go back. She made us feel like we were bothering and inconveniencing her. We would rather give our business to someone who appreciates it. I gave it 2 stars because the grooming itself is ok, but if it was based solely on service, the rating would be lower.
