    i will never use them again ordered roses and truffles for my grand daughters birthday nov 26 in regina sask she finally gou a call a week after her birthday to pick them up at a truckers base. they had her phone no. and address all that time. Never again!!

    I called Bloomex customer service this past Monday; and sent a e-mail message. I have not rec'd a reply. I ordered flowers to be delivered in Manitoba for a 90th birthday. When the flowers arrived the vase was broken and the flowers looked like they had frostbite. The following day I was told they looked like they may last a day or two. I live in B.C. and expected the flowers to arrive fresh. The order was $114.21 total. Extremely disappointing. I will never order from this company again.

    I have just order a “make a wish” bouquet online for delivery. As the occasion is a friends birthday. The ordering process was very smooth. Many arrangements and price selections to choose from. Looking forward to hear what the person thinks of the arrangement when they receive the delivery.

    Bloomex is a complete rip off! DO NOT order from them. The baskets we ordered were nothing like the website. Looked like a 4 year old put it together. Lindt baskets had no Lindt chocolate in it instead was filled with corn nuts and cheap candy. It was embarrassing to give these to staff members, shame on this company that think they can get away this! We will be requesting an refund for all 9 baskets! They don’t deserve even one star!

    Ordered beautiful bouquet for a 70th birthday, received completely different flowers. According to their customer service, it meets their standards.. their very low standards because I wouldnt even buy these at a grocery store. Will never order from them again

    Great prices but bad product not to mention customer service. Received something complete opposite of what I ordered, after getting through was answered with “its in accordance to the fine print” how are white flowers and red the same? Absolutely terrible. Will never be purchasing from them again

    They make it so easy to purchase flowers and gifts for family and friends. Their prices are great, and the customer service is amazing. Everyone who has received flowers from her has commented on the great quality. I will continue to use them.

    We were expecting a flower delivery and it did not arrive. The next day we received a phone call, phone rang twice (no message was left) and I called it back. The lady said her driver came by yesterday and called and left a message - this was not true as we were home and no calls on your caller ID! The lady was EXTREMELY rude and basically called me (her customer) a liar. I would not recommend this florist as a reliable delivery service and they need to improve how they speak to people.

    Ordered a large funeral arrangement and requested delivery before 10:00 am to arrive prior to funeral. Information was given to me AFTER payment was received that the arrangement would arrive between 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Cannot call anyone, no one replied on chat, and email response received could not offer any help to get order to funeral on time. DO NOT ORDER FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FROM THIS COMPANY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT DURING AN ALREADY DIFFICULT TIME!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. PAID FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING BUT DIDNT COME ON TIME. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, WAS PROMISED A REFUND BUT NEVER HAPPENED. IM JUST HAPPY I DIDNT SPEND THAT MUCH. THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN.

    The customer service of this company is unbelievably bad. Not only did they lose my order, but it took over 3 months to get a refund. They do not have a toll free line for customer service, you cannot get a rep on the phone, and their online chat option takes over 4 hours to get an answer that isn't a repeat template. Would never recommend.
