I had to talk to BBB, after 2 1/2 yrs. of waiting for service. They refused to handle & let the manufacturer. handle it all. 1 issue was fixed, the rest I have to pay labor for. Warped frames,leaking seals, cracked glass, jammed locks. We're seniors & can't afford this. We've had many brands of windows over the years, and never such poor quality. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WASTE OF MONEY!
