Please give yourself some self respect and never rent through this agency. I've rented through them for over a year and it's been an absolute nightmare. Landlord / vice president is the most awful person I have ever dealt with. Never takes responsibility for anything, ignores you for weeks on ends and tells you you're "crazy" and "you need to get your head checked out". Agency doesn't understand legal rules either. Extremely unprofessional. Please save yourself the trouble.
I have had a terrible experience with ASH Management as the Property Manager of my building. The Property Manager simply ignores emails with simple questions or requests that they are supposed to look afte. If you try to call, they will not return your message either! Would not recommend.
Worst managment company in any region of manitoba rented to them twice first time was with a shady old battleaxe in thompson who would smile at you and call you a fucking asshole right after you leave and has nothing better in her life then to belittle everyone and everything and again in brandon where they took what was already condemned and spit shined it and called it 1400 per month accounting is horrible my ledgers were always screwed up for no reason and contractors always not paid
The least professional management company I have ever contacted with. I paid the deposit and signed the lease form,after which in few days I got a call,saying that:" Apartment has been given to someone else".
Things like that can be very frustrated,when you're in the process of moving.
Secondly,communication between employees in this company is very poor and unorganized.Realtor gives you one price,but when you go to sign a lease agreement with manager,price suddenly increases for about 5%.
