I am semi-bedridden and hard to get around, this wonderful company was out and took such good care of me. The gentleman that came was so quick and so courteous, the owner Dan was wonderful and so helpful in Helping me . They are really great, I can’t say enough about them. Have had them for a new job and excellent service and so. Courteous , I can’t say enough about this company. A lot of businesses today treat their customers terribly not this company I can’t thank them enough .

I had them come and look at my boiler. I was told it would be $120 plus tax and I had to have my elements replaced. They said they had to order them and they would be about a week. Two weeks go by and I didn't hear from them. I called them. They told me they were not at the office, but they would call me in a few minutes. I waited two days, no call. So I called again in the morning. I told them nobody called me back and I wanted to know when the parts would be in. They told me that they had to find out and they would call me right back. I waited all day and still never got a call back. So I called them one more time, and said I was not called back about my issue, and their response was "sorry I was busy with the tools. I don't know when your parts will be in. There are none in the city." I told them I'll go somewhere else, and that is what I'm going to do, I will never call them again. This is crazy. One star is being nice.

I am a customer of AFM Plumbing & Heating for the past 8 years. Throughout this time AFM has resolved all of my plumbing and heating issues which include tree roots, blocked drains, no heat, collapsed sewer pipe, repair and replacement of aging plumbing, duct cleaning, and most recently, installation of new furnace and air conditioning. Each employee I have dealt with has been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and very tidy. What impresses me most about AFM Plumbing & Heating is that they are reliable. It is a huge comfort to me knowing that AFM Plumbing & Heating will be there if I need them.

I have delt with AFM Heating & Plumbing for more than 20 years. I only have praise for this company. The technicians execute their work neatly, professionally , are polite and courteous. They have done hot water tank, high efficiency furnace, gas-top range, gas bbq, fridge water, water softener installation, lav and tap connections with great efficiency. No work is too small, too big or impossible. What I admire the most is the enthusiasm with which the staff perform their work. They are my #1 company and have never disappointed me. I am confident that if any customer was not 100% satisfied, a return call would be made to rectify the concern.

Poor Service

I called a couple weeks ago to set up an appointment with them and they didn't even show up to do the estimate. I waited and waited and they were a NO show.
