    UNHAPPY

    We are NOT HAPPY at allI booked an appointment for my husband after receiving a discount. Later, they called to cancel. The therapist with who I booked had an emergency, he has cancelled all the appointments this day. They rescheduled a new one with somebody else and few days later. I checked their website for the therapist and the day (when it was cacancelled), surprise, appointments still available. So, where is their serious and how can we trust them?

    Hi Mahafa, I apologize you feel you had a negative experience with us. As was explained to you over the phone, the therapist that the appointment was scheduled with had a family emergency- a death of a loved one to be exact. I'm sure you can imagine the stress of dealing with a death of someone close to you, all while having to reschedule appointments. The funeral was then switched to a different day, which was why the schedule then became available again. In an effort to keep things from becoming confusing for clients, we left the appointments where they had been rescheduled.
