We left a message that was responded to in a very timely way during the busy holiday season. The matter to repair was minor, and a tuneup was done at a very fair price. Lincoln, the proprietor of this business, was very thorough in his explanations and in advising us about how to get the most out of our aging treadmill. We had some problems a while back with our treadmill and called Expert Treadmill Service in to see what the problem was. Lincon (owner) came to take a look and solved the problem and fixed it as soon as he could. Just last week, our treadmill started to act up and we called him in again and have him take a look. We were very pleased with the services of Lincoln and Kiersten. They were punctual with the estimated time of arrival. Once at our home, were extremely courteous. They worked diligently and tried very hard to repair our elliptical machine. They were not able to get the parts for the machine as the company was out of business, but tried the best they could. I would definitely recommend them. Lovely people to deal with!
We had some trouble initially finding someone to fix our treadmill problem. A treadmill repair person in the city wasted my husband's time promising to order the parts and complete the repairs, but never followed through. The technician from Expert Treadmill Service was amazing right from my first call. He kept me updated on the parts being ordered, he attended our appointment on time, fixed the treadmill, cleaned up the mess, and was kind and friendly the entire time. Excellent service.
