The staff called me that I had an appointment and I asked where I should go for the imaging. I went to the place and found out no appointment for me. Called CML, reschedule the appointment and asked where I should go again and also double-checked again with the staff. I went to the place that the staff told me. Again, no appointment! First time, it could be misunderstanding, but 2nd time, definitely not! The worst service that I have ever had from health care service provider!
