It was the worst experiance I had never never before I waited and waited called dispatch and gentleman said well the guy who suppose to take your call never accepted they tried to get another still waiting now a hr never used them before they arethe worst
I would give them 0 stars if that was possible, and it starts with their Call Centre. They are extremely rude. Then a taxi driver took me on a ride to to get more mileage and time. I will never call them again. The problem is that they are the only taxi company in North Vancouver now. Oh, and when I tried to call the Operations Manager to complain, the inbox was full! They are a disgrace!
This was my first time using North Shore Taxi. I was taking a early morning flight out of Vancouver. Realizing there is no LYFT or UBER in Canada, I asked a friend and she referred me to this company. After reading the bad reviews I was skeptical about using them ,but had no choice. I used their APP and scheduled a early AM pickup . The App was very efficient to my surprise and the Cab showed up on time. What a relief!!!
They take every calls for taxi, while not able to provide service and let costumers to wait. Every time you follow up they tell you that it is busy. They do not spend time to give more info to assist you. they do not care about you. Seems company policy is to have customers for business, without care. That is not costumer service. They do not care about you and your need for taxi. My advice: if that is the only number you remember to call, then follow up, before becomes too late.
They made me wait 2 hours. They said 15-44 andits been 2 hours. At least be more realistic like come on. I’d i get kidnapped on the way home it’s all your faukt.
We called for a cab at 5pm on a Thursday... 1 hr and no one came, I called and they said they’re 5 minutes away... NOW ITS BEEN 2 HRS!! How is that even possible? Worst experience ever and you’ve lost a Starbucks branch from ever calling you again.
I booked a taxi for 9:45am this morning, got a call of arrival at 9:42, went out at 9:45 and my taxi was gone. Then proceeded to stay on hold with your company for 5 minutes before deciding to call another company. Overall very unimpressed.
It's monday and we needed a cab and we booked an hour and a half before the cab showed up. We phoned three times (no response). By that time, we had already (due to lack communication) organized another mode of transport. When they phoned us, they would not listen to what we had to say. Don't take this cab company!
They never showed up, driver couldnt follow simple directions to my location. Watched him drive by. They will never recive any business from me
dealing with northshore taxi from 15 yrs, never had any complaint, they come to rescue when downtown cabs refuse to pick north van people on weekends, I simply have account and call them, it's my personal experience
This was the worst cab ride I have ever experienced. The driver was pumping the gas like crazy. When you feel sick after you step out of a cab, and you aren't drunk you know something wasn't quite right. Next time I'm calling blacktop!
