They appear? to only have one phone line...I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment ALLLL morning.... just goes to voicemail with no option to leave a message, just says “we’re busy...call back” What professional business DOES THAT?!? in this day and age of answering services technology ?‍♀️ Obviously too cheap to shell out an extra $50 a month for the convenience of their patients.... they should pay us for our time wasted ?

Its gone downhill last few yrs. Not a great experience on the phone, I call maybe twice a year and they act like Im an inconvenience, they ignore any request from your pharmacist (they pretty much told me this when I called them after my pharmacist sent 2 fax requests, they say that they are too busy)..... are you kidding me??? Im sorry but shawnigan is not heavily populated, the staff in the Victoria clinics have time to do these things and they are much busier...we still pay MSP right?

Got charged for a missed appointment, (yes missed it) so. I went there one day for an appointment and the doctor <-- was off sick, I should be charging them, they said they were "TRYING" to reach me, right my phone is wired, trying is plural..not just a one time call only -- NOT IMPRESSED.. went to a walk in clinic got better and more timely attention. Sorry but that sucked !!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly and warm reception, excellent attention from my physician, perfect experience.
