Took my daughter to have a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows together. Amazing nails as always!!! Lovely staff and great attention to detail, never feels rushed and always the best results! All the girls very friendly. Lovely atmosphere in this beautiful salon highly recommend!!!!!!
Staff are always pleasant and they fit me in every time! The atmosphere is way more relaxing than anywhere else Ive been to, and my polish lasts twice as long.

The owner lacks customer service skills and has an attitude problem.
She and her staff need to realize that there are many better places in Abbotsford one can go to. Plus they act as if they are doing you a favor by providing services when in reality it is the CUSTOMER that is keeping your business running by PAYING you...
So either, tone down the attitude, or get out of the customer service industry.
Very clean place. This spa is excellent. The staff is open, friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, and they offer a huge variety of services ie..Manicure, pedicure, threading, waxing, laser, microdermabrasion, facail. I had a great experience with my facial and pedicure.
The spa is clean and comfortable. I got a massage, facial and pedicure/Manicure . Staff were corteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definately recommend this spa.I had a great time at Beyond Paradise day Spa.
I got athletes foot from this place NEVER have I got anything as bad from getting a pedicure. Absolutely horrible will never ever go back and I urge people not to go.
Amazing staff and customer service, very knowledgable and excellent service. Will surely recommend it to everyone. They do amazing facials, Pedicure Manicure, Threading, waxing, Laser and tinting. One stop shop.
I've been going to Beyond Paradise for a range of services since it opened. I've always been very happy with the quality of their service as well as their professional customer service. I highly recommend this place!
After getting a facial here I started to get an infection on my nose. Very painful and very red bumps all over my nose, I went in to speak with a manager and was told this is simply normal,and that if I was older I would realize this. They were extremely rude and tried to blame the infection on me because i didnt as the Tec to stop. No refund and no apology I am left with an extremely paiful infecting in the middle of my face. Would not recommend.
I went there for a spa pedicure and the nail Tec made my toe bleed. She never spoke to me the whole time I was there. 3 hours later after leaving the spa my toe went all red and swollen, and started to puss. I went back 2 days later (the next day was Sunday) and the manager refused to give me a refund, and just said "accidents happen, you had the full treatment already , so hopefully it heals but I can't give you your money back". I had to go on atibiotics. Worst experience ever.
Nice location... My waxing experience was horrible :/ ended up with wax in my ear and in my hair. The girl was not detail oriented and seemed to care less. I still had wax in my ear and hair after I left, with no offer of a discount or apology.
Separate occasion I got shellac on my nails... Great selection of colours.. Just ok for mani
