Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work. I was the victim of a horrible vandalism attack on my vehicle that caused massive damage to the entire body of the car. Kris, Jody, and the Boyd Autobody staff were absolutely amazing. So professional and accommodating. They did an incredible job repairing the damage (new hood, new roof new windshield) and went above and beyond by even repainting an old scratch on my bumper and fixing an air conditioning problem with my vehicle. This was such a stressful event and the Boyd staff were great!
Customer service is great but staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Wind shield replacement went fine but left very visible streaks on the already clean interior when they wiped it down as well as washing off some recently applied paint on my antenna and neglecting to tell me. Went back to have it repainted and they didn't properly tape off the area and left a border of paint around my antenna on my roof, and it was about 3 hrs late. Quite disappointed with the attention to detail
