Highly recommended. They have the nicest and most pleasant staff. Very reasonable and not calculating at all. Went to get a replacement lower duct hose for my Dyson DC24 and Russ replaced it for me. Great place to use for any vacuum cleaner problems.
I bought a brand new central vaccuum and Byron ensured I got the right one based on my needs. Then after it was installled the hose had a minor kink in it. Byron replaced it right away no charge and this is by far the easiest and best vacuum I have ever owned. If you need a vacuum this is the place to call.
Have been going there for all my vacuum needs -- repairs, parts, etc. -- for 25 years. They're always fabulous! So helpful, and they always have the necessary parts, and they're very inexpensive.
