I found the staff to be kind, professional and caring. If I have a timed appointment I rarely have to wait and most times I get in early.

We just came home f/emergency & the ER Dr.send over the request for biopsy and we were told to call in the AM to get us in.My husband finally after 3 hours got through and he was treated to the MOST horrible woman ever.She was rude,offensive & cruel. How when the reason you are calling the CANCER ctr can people be so horrible and mean. The fact that we have to call ctr means things are bad but to put a patient through what they just put my husband through on the phone is inconceivable.SHAME ON U

This is the worst hospital I have ever experienced. Somebody should actually be doing a news report on how horrible this place is.

Very poor experience. Staff at front desk at 2C were rude and unfriendly, all girls busy discussing their weekend, never made eye contact, I was barked at for my card and sent down the hallway. Sonographer also did not even say hello just called out my last name. Not impressed by the terrible staff at this facility.

My husband had a bone scan done here for prostrate cancer. From the booking of the appointment to the completed procedure the staff were excellent! Procedure was explained throughly & efficiently. Staff was very friendly & comforting thru this scary time We have just moved back to Canada from the USA & this was a great beginning to health care in BC Thank you

Staff on the third in section 3B is really rude i forgot to check the floor number on my appointment schedule and the lady in the front was like ‘can u read this for me, wait letcme fix my glasses, hmm I can’t see what is written, can u read it for me ‘ and soon as i left she saying some pretty rude comments to her coworker

Neurological location will book appointments then go and reschedule you so you can't make it to the appointment. Doctors are good but the general logistics and front staff are abhorred.

I found the Diabetic Clinic at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Diabetic Care Clinic to be needlessly offensive and inflammatory. They made gratuitous personal observations and questioned my honesty. I have exercised hard since late 1990. I'm not backing down about this. The whole thing was a Procrustean Bed sort of affair - if you don't fit their preconceptions, they'll try to cut you down until you do. The medical attitude towards diabetics needs a paradigm shift very badly. No more contempt.
