They are unethical bunch of liars(especially the owner) who do not owe up to theirs words. They avoid,mistreat their customers when asked about their justifiable refunds during these hard Covid times.
I booked a ticket with them and received very good service. Call them before you book Air or cruise. I am sure you will get better price from them, rather then booking online.
This is one of the worst companies to book with. They make mistakes on your flight information and then don’t own up to it. When confronted they tell you it’s your fault. They messed up my name and it took them two weeks to tell me if they were going to fix or not. After another week they messed up my cousins name on her ticket and again when confronted they tried blaming us. They were very unprofessional, the owner kept cutting the line. Do not go to cruisewave travel. The worst experience.
