Brejesh inspected a house before our decision to whether go ahead to buy. We were fully satisfied with his works. His inspection turned up many details that we never thought about before. The walk-through review was thorough, and he make good recommendations and cost estimates for related repairs and improvements. Inspection and subsequent review ran to 4 hours and his fee was very reasonable. Full report came promptly the next morning. We'll definitely seek his services again if needed.

Real review. Brejesh is a 10/10. I'm a first time condo buyer and Brejesh was thorough, clear and straightforward. He was timely: showed up on time, said it would be 1.5 hours and it was. He accommodated my schedule despite having to change times. He found concerns with the parking garage roof and boiler that the caretaker was unaware of. His report are easy to interpret, gave clear recommendations and circled problem areas. He was timely and approachable.

I was Pleasantly Surprised by Mr.Davda's Work. What started as a sensible, essential pre-purchase strategy, turned into a fairly thorough question and answer 3 hour session with Brejesh. At the end I got a Useful Compellation of all his findings observations assessments, & diagnostics. Brejesh sent me a 52 page Manual, with photos, descriptions and explanations of the older condo I am contemplating purchasing.
