    You can never really judge a company (or a person) until something goes wrong. Kai at PULSE was all smiles when he was selling me $1400 worth of gear. And he talks about their guarantee so much, it's enough to almost convince you. But I had a problem with my gear after one day of skiing, and the way he and Kelly responded was about the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Canada. I got yelled at and accused of lying about how the product broke. Kai, the owner, actually mocked me. NO.
