Vanway Kitchen + Bath

We ordered basic cabinets/island/quartz counters to self install. Counter top was cut 2 inches too short due to salesperson sending wrong measurement. Did not admit fault at first, then refused to replace counter. Instead they rebuilt island panels to fit. Waited 4 months for these and when they arrived they were too large (salespersons mistake again). Had to wait another couple months again for a new set. Incredibly unimpressed at the level of incompetence and unprofessional management.

We had a kitchen installed in May of 2019. Corrine was great to work with and helped make our design ideas come to fruition. The installers did a great job and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. There were a couple issues that came up during installation, but Vanway fixed them and everything was perfect in the end. I would recommend Vanway to anyone wanting to update or completely re-do their kitchen.

We recently had a vanity countertop installed by Vanway. From start to finish the service was top notch. We were greeted by Miranda initially who helped us pick out the product. From there we went to view the quartz outside and were greeted by another very friendly fellow who obtained a take home sample of the product for us. The fellow that came to the house to measure was prompt, professional and friendly. The two installers were on time, friendly and efficient. Invoicing was accurate.

Professional, prompt and expertise was there. No mistakes, done right the first time. I remodelled an old kitchen and added new appliances, island, countertops and extra cupboards plus removal of walls and low ceilings. Vanway was instrumental in having everything correct with the design before construction. No waiting. Dates were promised and met. Do not hesitate to use Vanway.
