The chef for PR Bannock Factory and Mr. Bannock, Paul Natrall, has been cooking professionally for over 10 years. Paul specializes in First Nations cuisine, and uses traditional cooking techniques such as clay and stone baking, and smoking meat. Some of our delicious offerings include handmade bannocks, hot dogs, BBQ ribs, burgers, pizza, and tacos – all made with local ingredients.
