Awful! Kevin is completely rude. He said he was going to do a job but then didn't follow through, but still kept on pushing to be paid; to the point of harassment. He didn't do anything yet he wanted money! This person is greedy, unstable, and verbally abusive.
Would NEVER use them again! I hired Kevin from Lotusland tiling & Renovation, to do a bathroom tiling job. He was arrogant, wanted his money up front, and in the end walked off the job leaving my client in a tough position, out $945 with out a single tile being laid. We've asked for a receipt numerous times, and he has refused to provide us with one. Instead saying "what are you going to do about it" . Kevin is unprofessional, dishonest and I would never recommend this company to another client.
