Sutherland Super Wash

The automatic wash has very little soap in it for the high prices charged.My vehicle is never cleaned properly going through a full wash cycle.i tried talking to the manager but he didn't care and was extremely rude and uncaring.I will never return to this car wash in the future.Extremely poor customer service.Do not go to this car wash,wash your vehicle yourself or use other cheaper and much better managed and operated carwashes in town.

The timer counts down double fast in first bay, you will be lucky if you get one minute of wash per $2 I wasted $8 before leaving mad and going to find another car wash!

I will never use this facility again. The facility has very poor management, poor customer service and a rude manager. I was put in an unpleasant situation when the facility credit card time machine was malfunctioning. This manager did not take responsibility of its malfunctioning of its equipment and blamed the customer.

This car wash has the best service in town. Always friendly and eager to assist. Highly recommend.
