Bought a bed with extended warranty (forgot I bought that) after a year the mattress started to sag, thought maybe a cheap mattress, bought a mattress from a proper bed store, when they came to take the other one away saw that the installers from home outfitters but the box spring upside down. Jeff manager of the store really didn't do what he could...said if I brought the mattress in he could measure the depressions..bla bla..disappointed, wont shop there again.
