I was able to communicate easily by phone what the problem was. The service personnel showed up on time. The job was done quickly and competently. Could not have asked for anything more.

We were stuck in our garage. The door would not open. We called Creative Door Emergency Services. Their workers arrived and fixed the door in an efficient and professional manner. The door now works smoother and quieter than before. Thanks guys for the quick and courteous response.

As a small self-managed condominium building in Kelowna, we greatly appreciated the swiftness of service that the staff at Creative Door provided to us when our garage lift opener ceased functioning. Mike was quick to come to our building to provide an in-depth series of quotes for us, taking time to meet with us personally to explain his recommendations and to outline various options.
