Twin Rivers Animal Hospital

We have taken our all of our dogs, past and present, to Dr. K at Twin Rivers Animal Hospital ever since it opened. Dr. K has always been caring and knowledgeable when dealing with a matter and he has always been advised of us of costs before deciding to proceed or not. Would definately recommend.

Not impressed! Called for a total price on vaccines was told $65.00,$25.00, and $25.00 . They actually charged me $95.00, 95.00 and $115.00. They totally misled me. I just called to get a price on a spay and was quoted total price $200.00 . I called elsewhere and quoted a slightly higher price. When I asked what was included I found out Twin Rivers did not include iv, pain meds, micro chip or a cone. With these extras it was $105.00 more. I feel they are just a money grab. Dispointed?

I would never, ever take my pet here again. Brought in a poor cat that had been hit by a car, and instead of being sensitive to the situation, they told me they could do nothing for me unless I paid the cremation fee of $55. The were extremely cold, indifferent to the situation, and unwilling to do much of anything to help my situation. This place is motivated by money, not a love of animals, something I certainly don't look for in a vet! Unless you are desperate, avoid this place.
