I used the Burnaby location. The woman in this facility is AMAZING....personable...professional and knowledgeable. She was extremely thorough in answering all my questions. I would reccommend this site to everyone!

Paula is very knowledgeable and a sweetheart I felt amazing after I left. I can see why they are so busy. Had my first laser treatment and Paula was great!!

I've just started...

I've just started my laser hair removal and the technician have made it a good experience. It's not as much as what I have been hearing and nothing like what people have been talking about when it comes to pain. It's much easier and cheaper at this place. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Absolutely terrib...

Absolutely terrible experience here. The staff (technician responsible for teeth whitening) was so rude. Very poor customer experience. Cannot name a good experience from traveling here. I would like to warn others so that they do not have the same poor experience. "Buyer beware"
