I was told it would take 5 days to fix my truck with 2 updates a week. It is now going on 2 weeks and the only updates ive received are when i call in and ask whats going on. Was told i could pick it up today, so i took a couple hours off work, showed up at 4:10 pm and was told it was being painted, they would call tomorrow morning and arrange a delivery time.
This agency is extremely poorly managed. They promiced to repair the bumper of my car in 2 days, and now I am finding that it is going to take them a week to be done with my car. I will have to see yet the quality of their work. I will not recommend to use this shop!
