The alarms were being triggered daily. We asked the owner to check out the system - she sent a rude reply that there is nothing wrong with it and apparently we have an old battery in one of the motion sensors. We were supposed to change the batteries and she would charge us over a $100 to come and change it plus quadruple the retail price of the battery. We pointed out poor customer service attitude and overcharge and the owner called me a prick and cancelled service. Told me to find someone els
