Windy City Asian Massage

If you're looking for a traditional Asian foot massage, this is the best place in southern Alberta. They just opened, and I suspect they will become very busy as most other foot massage places in Lethbridge have long wait lists and are sub-par (in my opinion) compared to Windy City. While I walked in, the manager strongly suggests making an appointment if you find a therapist you like.
